In-house Lab is built to keep our products in high quality standard. We will follow the inspection protocol or checklists provided by our clients.

Equipment:  

1)Gas Chromatography

Gas Chromatography--for the detection of Chemical Residues on the film/ pouch

2)Peel Force Tester

Precisely measure for Tensile Strength , the Elongation and sealing strength of  the packaging material   

3)The back pressure of high temperature cooking pot

For testing the Retort pouch under the high pressure and high temperature condition (acts like in the autoclave) 

4)Gas-Leakage Detector

Apply the Leakage test on the pouch.

5)Oven

High Temperature Resistance test: check the pouch’s preformance when under high temperature condition.

FDA

-All the materials are with FDA approval, which means all the materials we are using for production are in food grade. We may arrange our final products to undergo the FDA testing if need.
